## What does SalesBack do today?

The current focus is recovering leads that went cold. SalesBack helps organize a stalled lead base, prioritize opportunities with AI, prepare contextual follow-ups, and track replies.

## What is AI Capacity?

It is the operational capacity SalesBack uses to prioritize leads, analyze context, and support recovery follow-ups and automation. It is not presented as tokens, messages, leads, or conversations.

## What changes between plans?

AI Capacity. Every plan provides access to the available lead recovery features, with no per-user, per-agent, or per-feature charge.

## What happens when included capacity runs out?

The model provides for paid on-demand consumption, subject to your agreement and available controls. Confirm these terms with the team before increasing usage. For recurring use, consider reserving more capacity in your plan.

## How do I start the trial? Do I need a credit card?

Enter your email to receive an access link. Your free 30-day trial starts after confirming the link, with no credit card required. You can then set up your business.

## Does SalesBack replace my CRM?

SalesBack can complement your sales process. The current focus is lead recovery; the product does not yet replace a complete CRM.
