Privacy policy

Salesback collects signup data, campaign data, and usage events to create your account, operate the lead recovery workflow, and measure acquisition.

We use analytics and tag tools, including Amplitude, to understand acquisition, conversion, activation, and product usage. We send usage identifiers and, after authentication, name, email, company, account role, language, plan, and subscription status.

We also use session replay with masking controls to investigate navigation difficulties. We must not send authentication tokens, message content, lead names or contact details, or commercial conversation context to analytics.
