SalesBack is offered through plans differentiated by AI Capacity. Every plan includes access to the available lead recovery features, with no per-user, per-agent, or per-feature charge.

Consumption beyond contracted capacity may be charged on demand, subject to safety controls and the conditions presented during contracting.

Users are responsible for using contacts and lists with proper authorization and respecting stop-contact requests.
